Sorry, don't know it became still when viewed. Fixed just now!!! Help me find out the trick!

This time, no picture at all @_@
When copied & pasted, the pic (GIF) can't be viewed; when uploarded directly, it's motionless. But, it looks ok in my PC =( Anyone can help?
