Help!

For these few days, I can't access to any signing-in websites like yahoo, hotmail, gmail, blogspot, ect. in my notebook; Yahoo messenger and the like and other sites like youtube and news are ok. I've already had my friends check both the firewall and anti-virus (Trend Micro - Virus Buster 2008), but it doesn't work. I've also tried running virus scan; both cookies and something-I-don't-know have been caught and cleaned. Still, it makes no difference. Any other thing I should see??? Please help...

What troubles me most is that my Window (XP) is in Japanese.

One possible problem is the Virus Buster. Firstly, please check if port 443 is banned in your Virus Buster or not. If it is banned, please grant access to this port.
If you can not find where to configure, or it still have problem after you grant access to the port, please try to stop or remove the software and try logging in.
If it doesn't work, please report again.

Couldn't find where to grant access to that port in virus buster. Already tried with the absence of virus buster; it doesn't work.
How about recovering? would it help?

As I am not familar with Virus Buster, I can't tell where and how to do.
Before it has the problem, did you install any software, update windows or change any configuration on you computer? E-mail or accessing malicious site is one of the problem. Did you download something from your email or any site?
