It has been a long while since she was around. More likely is either laziness or business, or a combination of both? Instead, I doubt if it stirred from the existing inner mind and interest no more. All the reasons may be seen only as excuses, as they would never let go of her and thus keep her there, long enough to cause no action and "reasonable" enough to make no change. So comes a vicious cycle in no time to get broken.
It will not be promised, but rather it will be committed to sending her off.
